The process is a follows:

1) The Customer is to complete the TRUE MED questionnaire.

 

2) Email or WhatsApp the completed Questionnaire to Head Office.

 

3)Head Office will contact Dr Louise.

 

4) Dr Louise will contact the Patient directly for an online consultation.

 

5) Blood Tests will be necessary and will be done by Pathcare as they offer a discount

 

6)The Bloos Test may be claimed from the Medical Aid.

 

7) Prescription will be made out for the patient for the medication and the TRUE MED Programme.

 

8) True Med Pack will be shipped to Patients address directly as we need to follow the rules and regulations stipulated by SAAHPRA and the Pharmacy Counsal Of SA.
