CONTRA-INDICATIONS

  1. If you drink alcohol every night or every weekend or you have to have it to relax or to socialise then you may be dependant or addicted to it.  This will cause a problem with products & injections as alcohol affects the liver and it then is unable to remove fat.  Gfrag allows alcohol but they give recommendations and only on special occasions.  You can drink after you have finished or when on holiday.

  2. Most women try to excercise off the weight so they can still drink but it will only help 20%.  The remaining 80% of your weight is your diet and alcohol.  You many have to look at SEMIGLUTIDE as an option.  No other injection will overpower alcohol and make you thin. You need to know yourself and if you are comfortable with your lifestyle then rather leave it as it is because you will waste money.

  3. There is nothing on this page that can make you lose weight quickly without changing how much you eat except SEMIGLUTIDE.  Another option is to go to an aesthetic doctor and consider surgery.

  4. If it is a health related issue causing your weight gain then please see your doctor.

  5. If you want to lose weight permanently then you will start anytime and be prepared to budget money each month to fix yourself. The same way you budget to cut/colour your hair, have your nails done, pay for gym.  Weightloss & looking after your body is FOREVER. 

  6. Please don't waste my time and your time and tell me you eat healthy or you want me to motivate you without you putting in the work.
